Shipping

1. All items are well packed to protect in transit.
2. All shipping will be first class Royal Mail. (1-3 Working days) or Royal Mail Airmail for international orders.
3. Products will usually be shipped within 48 hours of an order being received. If a product is not ordered on a weekday, please allow 48 hours from the next weekday for dispatch.
4. We are not responsible for delays in the Royal Mail delivery system, that we have no control over.
5. No orders will be despatched until payment has been verified and completed. Cheques (UK only) must clear before an order is sent. (Please allow 5 working days)

The following are accepted: Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, eCheck (on larger orders), Switch, Solo, Personal cheques (UK only) or Postal Order (UK only)

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on the picture of any item that you wish to purchase. Then add your requirements to your shopping basket.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

Choose your preferred payment method . Please follow the onscreen instructions.

Once the formalities have been completed you will receive an email from either NOCHEX or Paypal and an email from us to confirm your order.

Because all items for sale are made to order, only goods which are defective can be returned, we will then either replace the item(s) or give you a full refund of the item and postage.
