What information do we collect when you register? How do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, invoice address, credit or debit card number, cards expiry date, and the cards registered address. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of the status of your order.

We request a contact telephone number in the event that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.

We may also use the information we collect to send you details of any promotions and email you special offers, changes to the web site and other information we think you ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive notification please call our main telephone number or leave the "Newsletter" box in you User Profile unticked.

Any personal information that you submit on this website is controlled by A1 Signs. In the event that any or all of A1 Signs is sold to a third party, this information may be passed on to that third party as part of the sale process.

While cookies are used to maintain a users position within the site we do not use them to store permanent data or information. Furthermore we do not disclose personal data unless authorized to do so. Personal data is only used to process payment details, prevent/detect fraud, send notifications of change in content and no personal data is collected from those who are classed as visitors to the site.
